Electrical Elements: Plan Review & Permitting of Residential Rooftop Solar PV Systems

In this three-hour course, you will practice evaluated the compliance of:

  • Fire Classification
  • Grounding/Bonding of Module-Rack
  • Conductors - DC Size and Type
  • Inverter AC output conductors and OCPD
  • Bus Size of Panelboard
  • Disconnecting Means
  • Rapid Shutdown
  • Microinverters

Visit the Handouts tab of the course to download the comprehensive practice plans you will evaluate and other relevant references. Complete the survey at the end of the course to obtain the Certificate of Completion. Save and present the Certificate to the CEU-awarding entity.
