FIRST: TAKE THE COURSE INSPECTING A SOLARAPP+ SYSTEM before taking the course on projects with energy storage.

  • Contains 4 Component(s), Includes Credits

Learn how a code official can use the SolarAPP+ inspection checklist to perform an efficient and effective inspection of solar PV systems permitted through SolarAPP+. The approval document that contains the inspection checklist replaces a traditional plan set. The inspection checklist is dynamically generated for each job, while providing one consistent format as opposed to the varied plan sets inspectors are used to seeing. This training explains how the inspection checklist is generated, and how the inspector can complete a full inspection from the main panel to the roof in the same or less time than traditional practices.
